The United Church of Byron welcomes Rev. Mike Mulberry as their new senior pastor.  Rev. Mulberry is married to Rev. Tracy Heilman and has three children: Jacob, Abraham and Sophia.  He is a native of Metamora, Illinois and is a 1992 graduate of Eden Theologial Semianry in St. Louis. In his past ministries, he has organized youth groups from preschool to college, started a homeless ministry, worked with other churches in communities to create relationships, facilitated international mission delegations, and developed long-range plans for adult education and stewardship.  He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, writing, playing baseball, and watching his beloved Fighting Illini. He looks forward to his ministry at the United Church of Byron and getting to the know the Byron community
